Software License Agreement
End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Base47 Software Products

This Agreement governs the use of Base47 software.
Base47 is operated by 47-Studio, owned and managed by (SG Ltd / Gold Prod), based in Israel.
License Grant
Base47 grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
Ownership of the software remains with Gold Prod.
License Activation
Some products require license activation and communication with Base47 licensing servers.
License Restrictions
Users may not:
- redistribute the software
- bypass license validation
- share license keys publicly
Updates
Active licenses may receive updates, bug fixes, and improvements.
Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime licenses apply to the lifetime of the product.
Products may be discontinued at any time.
Ownership
All intellectual property remains the property of Gold Prod.

By using Base47 software products, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
